
She has played and coached sports at both the high school and college level. She dedicates her career to working with athletes, coaches, athletic personnel and their families. She is currently the Head Coach of a high school girl's basketball program.
She is an client centered individual who has been working with athletes for the past 15 years. She has worked in both the private and public school setting as a mental health professional since 2003. She prides herself on delivering services with the greatest degree of professionalism and personal accountability.
She was motivated to start I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC because as a former athlete, current coach, parent and partner she understands the unique physical. emotional and social needs that one may encounter while being involved in athletics. Throughout her experience in life and sport, she has observed that some situations call for professional intervention. A professional intervention is simply a way to gain an outside perspective or insight into a situation that has been challenging to an individual, athlete, team, coach or family member. Her goal is to provide a safe, confidential and supportive environment to allow individuals free expression when it comes to social-emotional and personal development.
