- One on one sessions for individuals who are experiencing personal difficulties that are directly/indirectly affecting their day to day living. These services are available for children, adolescents and/or adults.
- Sports Counseling
- Sessions are geared towards providing a confidential and supportive environment to allow athletes, coaches, athletic personnel and/or their family members to discuss the unique challenges/concerns that arise from their participation in athletics.
- Group Counseling
- It can be easier for individuals to work together and seek support from others who are currently experiencing similar issues. Groups are developed throughout the year and are based on expressed need.
- Parent Workshops
- Provided to educate and support parents about mental health signs/symptoms, the college/recruiting process, college readiness, and creating a healthy balance extra-curricular activities and academics.
- Professional Development
- Aimed at helping coaches and athletic personnel with being their best selves, balancing home and work, setting and maintaining boundaries and preparing for their season.
- Leadership Academy
- Program directed at developing well-rounded athletes who are able to maximize their performance in and out of their respective sports, while accepting their role and responsibility in society.
- Team Building
- Workshop designed to help teams build unity, respect, trust and positive relationships among each other.
- Consultation
- Available to assist others with general questions or concerns regarding mental health, athletic coaching or community resources.
- Weight Loss Counseling
- Specifically for those who are currently trying to lose weight or for people who have lost the weight but struggle to keep it off.
